SHIP DETAILS

We offer standard free shipping on all orders in the U.S.

Order before 2 pm for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the following day.

Expect 3-7 day delivery, which could be shorter depending on city and state and method of shipping

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Here are our typical delivery timeframes:

- Standard Shipping: 4 to 6 business days via UPS Ground

- Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air

- Priority Shipping: 1 to 2 business days via UPS Next Day Air


SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.


CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed and shipped. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was initially placed. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to see if it's possible to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order before it has been shipped.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. If you have not received your order by the 3rd business day after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please contact Customer Service for assistance. We find that carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will deliver within the next three business days. If after 3 business days, you have still not located your delivery and you have checked the surrounding delivery address, Customer Service will coordinate the refund of your order to the original payment method for re-ordering.

Note: If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order before it has been shipped. We only offer returns and refunds on damaged items. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping through DHL, UPS Worldwide, and FedEx. Please note that shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges related to their shipment. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, which may cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
