Refund policy


At The Wig Hanger, we value your satisfaction and offer a 14-day return policy for your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@wighanger.com to start the process.

Returns are accepted only for items that are in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

If the item is defective, please provide evidence of the defect, such as a photo or video. Defective items are those that do not function as intended or do not meet the quality standards you should reasonably expect.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item using the process above and making a new purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. This is the fastest way to ensure you get The Wig Hanger to use for your wig collection.

Refunds:

We will keep you informed throughout the return process and notify you once we have received and inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the product price within 10 business days of inspection. A 15% restocking fee automatically be deducted from the refund amount.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Info@wighanger.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The refund amount will cover only the product price, and any shipping or handling fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
