Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted for unused items in their original unopened packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered in any way. For more information, please refer to our return and refund policy.
Can you help with a damaged product ?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@wighanger.com with your information, and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 90-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
Where is my return?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse, the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
My package is missing, can you help?
We're sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Afterpay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties charged by their country.

While our Wig Hanger is designed specifically for wig storage, it can also be used to store other lightweight items such as scarves, hats, and jewelry.
How do I maintain my wigs using The Wig Hanger?
Our Wig Hanger is designed to help you maintain your wigs by keeping them organized and tangle-free. Simply hang your wigs on the hanger and use a wig brush or comb to detangle and style them as needed.
